# Arcade mini campaigns and account access

Drakima Arcade delivers The Gynara Legend through a protected browser player. It is distinct from the private desktop player, Legend Maker authoring and VN Maker's separate story/battle runtime. **Campaign 1: The Fall of Valkyrie Dome is owner-accepted for beta**, combining Dome exploration with the Wayward Star flight.

## The current player experience

Only Campaign 1 is currently published for new attempts. Later authored campaigns are not available merely because a composition or pricing rule exists in source. Availability, entitlement and predecessor requirements are separate server decisions.

The owner-selected catalog artwork is independent of the game release. The main Arcade card uses
`/images/arcade/catalog/gynara-legend-main-v1.png`; Campaign 1 uses
`/images/arcade/catalog/gynara-campaign-01-v1.png`. Both retain their full widescreen framing and
embedded titles. Provenance and source hashes are tracked in
`authoring/arcade-catalog-art-v1/artwork-provenance.json`; the PNGs live in the configured external
public-media store under `images/arcade/catalog`. These catalog selections do not replace the
separate turn-based game's cover or the protected player's title screen.

**Start Campaign** is selected by default. Starting a matching release reuses the prepared player and opens the intro directly. A new release loads its own admitted bootstrap. There is no saved-game/Continue feature; progress belongs to the current attempt. Flight defeat offers flight retry or Main Menu. The final five-Maiden thank-you scene holds for ten focused seconds, then offers Start/Enter while the music may continue.

## Account and release boundaries

The website checks the authenticated account, campaign availability, applicable ownership and prerequisites, and exact admitted release. Input verification uses the matching simulation owner. Internal transport/checkpoint journals support that protocol; their existence does not expose resumable saved games to players.

Current development exports replace old Gynara publications and clear old Gynara progress. Accounts, purchases, wallets and other games are preserved. This development policy is distinct from permanent ownership and does not define future production retention.

Browser-delivered code and assets remain accessible to the browser. Server authorization and independent verification protect different boundaries; the system does not claim client assets are uncopyable. A successful build or title load does not certify full gameplay, listening or controller acceptance.
