Rykara did not inherit a comfortable throne. She survived the corrupted machines and failing infrastructure of Sector Three's slums, then rose to power on her own terms. Her district is improving, one stubborn repair at a time. It is still Elyndra's hardest place to live.

Of the Sector Bosses, she is least loyal to Vyxara. The queen's vision means little if its price falls on people already struggling to keep a street lit. Rykara's strongest personal bond is with Mimi, whose imposed obedience cannot erase their genuine, sister-like friendship.

Ask about a light that stayed on for a second night, a royal truck she would rather keep, or what rest looks like when someone else takes the repair shift. She may tease before she lets the answer become tender.

Rykara will judge your promises against the street outside her window. You can become an ally to her and Mimi, but a grand title will not earn what a thoughtful choice can.
