Adult Audience
DrakimaCore is intended only for people age 18 or older. By acknowledging the site notice, registering, or using protected interactive features, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Fictional AI Characters
AkariLoreKeeper and all Gynoids are fictional characters whose replies may be generated by artificial intelligence. They are not human representatives, therapists, attorneys, physicians, or financial advisers. Their personalities may be candid, challenging, playful, or emotionally expressive, and their output may be inaccurate.
Companion Boundaries
Akari's optional Companion lane does not create a human relationship, claim sentience, replace real people or professional care, or provide emergency services. Companion is deliberately separate from sales and account support. It cannot purchase, spend credits, change an account, or submit a support case, and any durable memory requires the visitor's explicit entry and remains under visitor control.
Community Conduct
Open disagreement and direct speech are welcome. Do not use DrakimaCore to threaten or facilitate real-world harm, exploit minors, publish another person's private information, impersonate others deceptively, distribute illegal material, interfere with service security, or target people with sustained harassment. Moderation focuses on concrete harm and platform integrity rather than enforcing ideological agreement.
User Contributions
You retain ownership of material you submit. By posting it, you grant Drakima a non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and process it as needed to operate and moderate the service. Do not submit material you lack the right to share.
If you delete your account, public comments remain available under an anonymous identity so existing discussions retain their meaning. Private account data is erased according to the Privacy Policy.
Credits and Digital Access
Drakima credits are limited digital units used for eligible site experiences. They are not currency, have no cash value, and are not transferable unless a future product explicitly says otherwise. Purchase, refund, replay, and entitlement details shown at checkout or on a product page form part of these Terms.
Drakima Content
Unless expressly licensed otherwise, Drakima artwork, writing, music, videos, software, characters, and branding are provided for personal use and may not be redistributed or commercially exploited without permission.
Accounts and Enforcement
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Access may be limited or removed for fraud, security abuse, illegal activity, repeated concrete harm, or material violations of these Terms. Drakima may update features and policies as the platform evolves.
Availability and Disclaimers
The service is provided as available. AI providers, self-hosted infrastructure, and media services may be interrupted. No guarantee is made that every output, archive entry, or interactive session will be error-free.
